LBSA is pleased to announce that Nicole Laudont has been selected as the next Director of Oak Street Services. Nicole currently serves as one of three QDDP/Behavior Analysts for Oak Street Services.
She has Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, in Human Behavior/Applied Behavioral Science. She worked with the Lovaas Institute in Minneapolis and the Autism Partnership in California before coming to LBSA in 2014 as QDDP/Behavioral Analyst.
Nicole is a certified Safety Care Instructor, and has served on the LBSA Professional Development Committee.
She looks forward to working with staff, clients and their teams to make dreams come true. She is skilled at working with team members to create and implement creative strategies designed to ensure that both staff and the people we support are successful in daily living.
Nicole will be assuming the role March 1, 2018.
