This episode covers how care providers are essential to support Laura Baker clients and families. Laura Baker has helped hundreds of individuals with varying degrees of disabilities, however, they share many of the same challenges caregivers face statewide.

Teri Knight from KYMN interviews Nicole Laudont, Laura Baker’s Director of Oak Street Services; Steve Underdahl, president and CEO of Northfield Hospital and Clinics; and Derek & Carrie Melby, who have two daughters who live at Laura Baker in two different homes.
